Two Sisters is a theater company that produces the work of playwrights Emma Horwitz and Bailey Williams. Together and separately, they create and produce intimate, language-driven performances that playfully mines lesbian archives and canons. Their first collaborative piece, Two Sisters Find a Box of Lesbian Erotica in the Woods, originated at The Exponential Festival in 2024 and continued on to an extended, sold-out off-Broadway run at HERE with Rattlestick Theatre and New Georges in 2025. They are currently developing a new work, My Evil Wife, which has received support from The Barn @ Lee, the North American Cultural Laboratory, and The Orchard Project, and will premiere in 2028. Two Sisters runs a monthly reading series at Pete’s Candy Store for work-in-progress plays called The Ecstatic Peephole.
